Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, and shipments could take up to an additional 15 to 20 days to arrive depending on the size, fragility and number of items. 

For hand delivery within greater Southern California of select items over $3,000 or that weigh more than 50 lbs. each, please contact us to arrange a personal delivery by Our Taste Design.

International Shipping

Please contact us for international shipping BEFORE ordering. 

We offer international shipping to the countries across North America, Central America, South America, Europe and the U.K. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Our Taste Design is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
