Vintage Folk Art Llama from Peru Measuring 10 Inches Tall by 7 Inches Long

Painted sculpture of a llama or alpaca. This traditional pottery is a representation of a pre-Colombian effigy or vessel. Being that is a vintage piece, it is made in the traditional style, not overly colored – and the use of clay confers its natural tone with only hand-painted ornamentation.

Condition: Good

Wear: Consistent with age and use. Repairs made to several legs. Piece is structurally sound and clear bumper was added to base of back left foot. Please refer to pictures.
