Vintage Maine Scallop Draggers Mounted on Rustic Wood - 29" H X 5" W

Vintage scallop draggers from Maine mounted on rustic wood. This piece is composed of 5 large and 9 small rings which were part of a scallop or oyster dredge that would be towed along the bottom of the seafloor by a fishing boat. This apparatus is typically composed of a heavy steel frame (or scoop) which is covered with this chain mesh (large and small rings). Includes a pre-mounted wire for hanging on the wall.
