Vintage Maine Scallop Draggers Mounted on Rustic Wood for Wall Display

Vintage scallop draggers from Maine mounted on rustic wood. This piece is composed of 1 large and 3 small rings. These pieces were part of a scallop or oyster dredge which would be towed along the bottom of the seafloor by a fishing boat. This apparatus is typically composed of a heavy steel frame (or scoop) which is covered with this chain mesh (large and small rings). Includes a pre-mounted wire for hanging on the wall. Perfect for a Coastal, Rustic or Traditional interior environment.
