One-of-a-kind Ming Dynasty Martaban earthenware pot that has a rougher matte textured surface than our other examples. It has a jar-shaped body and three loop handles and exhibits a natural patina of beige, gray and rose/terracotta colored tones that would work with any residential or commercial décor whether Rustic, Organic-Inspired, Coastal Modern... to Spanish Revival or Wabi Sabi. Part of a collection verified to be from this time period that were produced in a kiln located in the Fujian province in SE China.
