Intricately-woven, split bamboo basket used as a fish creel/prawn trap. This one exhibits a larger wide-shouldered design that was typical for use with large families. The basket is constructed of split bamboo in various gauges of thickness. Its unique shape and size, along with its deep mahogany patina, will add interest to any collection and décor from Japandi, Wabi Sabi... to California Casual or Coastal Modern Design.
