Antique Chinese Red Lion/Foo Dog with Tail Porcelain Fragment Jewelry/Trinket Box with Silver Finished Mount

Handcrafted jewelry/trinket box constructed from a single piece/fragment of antique Chinese red and white porcelain featuring a Red Lion/Foo Dog. It has been mounted on an oblong shaped decorative silver plated box with a lid and a base. The sides of the tooled metal box are textured with a repeating geometric design featuring flowers. Each piece is unique and would be perfect on a side table or night stand in a variety of interiors from Traditional, Chinoiserie, Eclectic, Maximalist or Grandmillenial.
