Vintage reproduction of an antique Bellarmine Bartmann inspired salt glazed jug. Original antique pieces have a globular shape with tapering neck molded at top and a loop handle. They are typically molded on the front of the neck with a mask of a bearded man and, on the belly, a seal bearing the arms of Amsterdam with crown and scrolled mantling in oval. This decorative piece has mottled brown on cream/beige. It was purchased on location at the Royal Naval Dockyard in Bermuda.
