Hand-Carved Wooden Shield from Africa - 47" H X 10.5 " W X 4" D

Contemporary rectangular African shield. This wooden piece was intricately hand carved and painted with lime (white), red ochre and other native paints. It is a bold geometric piece that could rest in a corner of a space or make for an impactful wall hanging in residential or commercial settings ranging from Boho, Coastal, Globally-Inspired... to Wabi Sabi or Organic Modern.
